Payment in-full is due at the end of each Sport Pilot
lesson that is not a pre-arranged/ paid in-advance. structured training program.
A non-refundable
33% deposit is required to hold a student’s enrollment for our scheduled training programs.
Upon early withdrawal of the student for family emergencies or unforeseen matters;
Up to 67% of the total class cost will be prorated against the un-used class
time and returned. (The non-refundable 33% deposit is NOT refundable. But 50% of one's deposit may be used toward future classes.)
After completing
a class or a lesson, an un-satisfied student, may request an arbitration board (made up of 3 or more ‘outside’ Instructors)
to hear their case against our Training center. We will adhere to the decision of the Arbitration board. The Arbitration board may decide to return from 0% to 100% of the total PAID training fees be returned to the student within 30- days.
Note: Travel Expenses are NOT refundable.
Once the student accepts the Instructor’s
Endorsement to fly solo or his endorsement signature in their Log Book, no refunds will be
considered.
